J.A.I.L. Inc. is a registered in Tasmania Australian based human rights Incorporated Association, with branches in all states of Australia. We formed for the purpose of challenging unlawful laws and human rights violations.
We are currently investigating all State Family Violence Order Laws, The Australian Family Law Act of 1975, The Child Support Agency, Elder Abuse and other violations of our basic human rights.
Presently we are in the Federal Court of Australia challenging the legal validity of the Tasmanian Family Violence Act of 2004. We are making a Federal Constitutional challenge and seeking damages for a minimum sum of $200,000,000 and to repeal this draconian law.
Remember that any State can make a law but that does not mean that the law is lawful and that it fits within the safety net of our Australian Federal Constitution.
